RIIM Pune delivers a learning experience embedded in real world practicality and centered on you our approach is:

• Rigorous academic programme of 1600 hrs including 480 hrs of employability training and 1020 hrs. of classroom training is delivered by 80% IIM faculty and corporate gurus, Intensive and exciting pedagogy engage student for 12-hrs.Every day, unlike any other B-school in academic and non-academic activities.
• Extensive case study driven pedagogy.
• Frequent guest lectures, assessments and career counselling sessions with corporate experts.
• Projects relevant to industry regularly undertaken by our students.
• Compulsory 8 week summer internship with leading Indian or multinational organizations.
• Regular visits to project sites, and company facilities for hands on experience and appreciation of practical issues faced in the industry.
• Multiple student led initiatives with compulsory participation by all students to inculcate leadership skills, social awareness community work and sense of responsibility.
