MBA Navsahyadri Group of Institutes, Pune is one of the oldest institutes of
Navsahyadri Education Society, started from the Academic Year 2010-11. The very vision of the
Institute is to churn out professional leaders and all-encompassing humans dedicated towards
holistic social re-engineering and with humane approach. Additionally Faculty of Management

We, at Navsahyadri Group of Institute’s Faculty of

strongly believe that only syllabus based education is not sufficient enough for the students’

Enhancement Program (EEP) which is a fine blend of Personality Development and Value Added

especially for our MBA Plus students. We also have made some additions to

syllabus designed by SPPU after consultation with our esteemed members of Academic Advisory
Committee. The teaching pedagogy embraces contemporary approaches like Case based approach-
where the cases are developed by our in house faculties, Presentations, Brain Storming, Role

The Preparations begin with creating CVs that present an exact picture of the students’
personality before the employers.
Winter and Summer Internships are proved out to be the best for gaining hands on experience of on
the job training and get to learn, reading between the lines by observation. Our industry tie
ups offer our students 20 to 50n days’ trainings at live locations in their areas of interest.
Almost every campus placement drive begins with Aptitude Tests. So we at NGI train our students
for this throughout the year. Mock tests and simulation techniques are used for brushing up the
students on various contemporary topics.
Mock Interviews are conducted by internal and external experts wherein students’ performance and
areas of improvement are discussed.
Throughout the year students participate in Group Discussion sessions designed using different
formats and gain expertise.
When a campus drive is scheduled, the subject faculties train the shortlisted students based on the JD specified by the company. This helps the students in making the best of the opportunity.
